So I don’t know if you know this about me but I’m a HUGE HUGE Brady Bunch fan.  The TV show was my babysitter when I was growing up as a latchkey kid.  I puffy heart this show so much…it always makes me smile and feel warm ‘n’ fuzzy inside.   Apparently, my talent for reciting the lines for all the episodes verbatim makes Matt a bit nervous.  I also get grief for filling up the TiVo with episodes that I’m sure that I’ve watched ten-thousandfold.   

Anyway, I came across this nifty blueprint of the Brady house (the TV version, not the real one in N. Hollywood) and I’m wondering how much money it would cost to build it…in let’s say, the San Francisco area?   The real one is estimated at over $1 million dollars and it only has 2 bedrooms!   Over 2400 square feet and only 2 bedrooms?  That’s about right for this area.  >humph<

 I’m sure I’m going to be committed once Matt sees this.  Hmmm..maybe I’ll be able to bunk with Britney Spears…
