So…my mom gave me these organic onions about 4 months ago.   I am not one of those people who have a well-stocked pantry so of course, I forget that I have them and I go out and purchase more onions. Today, I walked by the mesh bag (note: unopened) and this is what I ended up with.  I’m sure they’re edible?  Even if only as green onions?  Hmm.  Please advise.    I guess they do have a longer shelf life in dry shaded areas, eh?
